Microsoft has re-released the Windows 10 Version 1809 October update, and it seems to have very similar problems to the initial release, despite their initial analysis.
The most catastrophic issue being consumer user files being deleted from their user directories.
WE ARE RECOMMENDING EVERYONE WITH WINDOWS 10 TO IMMEDIATELY BACKUP ALL THEIR MAIN USER DIRECTORIES:

- Desktop
- Documents
- Downloads
- Favorites
- Music
- Pictures
- Videos
Most people allow Windows 10 to update automatically, since it is the default setting, so this update can come at any time, please backup your files immediately, as once they are gone, rolling back the update will not bring them back and we are have limited in options to recover your lost data.
